Professional Cleaning Equipment

Water-Fed Poles

Water-fed poles allow professional cleaners to wash windows, glass façades, signs and solar panels from the ground. CleanSystem Pro supplies configurable aluminum and carbon fiber pole systems for distributors, cleaning contractors and equipment suppliers. Our range covers compact everyday tools as well as high-reach configurations, with compatible brushes, hoses, connectors and pure-water equipment available for a complete cleaning setup.

What Is a Water-Fed Pole?

A water-fed pole is a telescopic cleaning pole that carries water through a hose to a brush at the working end. The operator agitates dirt with the brush while water rinses the surface. When the pole is connected to a correctly maintained RO/DI pure-water system, the final rinse can dry without the mineral spotting associated with ordinary tap water. This method helps teams clean many exterior surfaces from ground level and reduces the need to reposition ladders for routine work.

Who Uses Water-Fed Pole Systems?

These systems are commonly selected by commercial window-cleaning companies, solar-panel service teams, facility-management contractors, distributors and private-label cleaning-equipment brands. They are also useful for hotels, schools, warehouses, retail sites and other facilities with recurring exterior glass or panel-cleaning requirements. The correct configuration depends on the normal working height, frequency of use, water source, transport space and the accessories already used by the buyer.

Carbon Fiber or Aluminum?

Material selection affects handling, stiffness, transport and budget. Aluminum poles are a practical choice for lower and medium working heights, occasional use and buyers who prioritize an economical entry point. Carbon fiber poles are lighter and more rigid at comparable reach, which can improve control and reduce fatigue during longer sessions. For demanding high-reach work, rigidity becomes especially important because excessive flex makes brush placement and pressure harder to manage.

No single material is best for every project. A distributor may need both ranges to serve different customer groups, while a contractor may choose one material according to the height and duration of the work. Tell us the expected working height and application, and we can help compare suitable configurations without overspecifying the system.

Choosing the Right Working Length

Choose the shortest pole that safely reaches the normal cleaning area. A longer pole adds capability, but it may also add sections, weight and transport length. Buyers should distinguish between pole length and practical working height, which also depends on operator height, brush angle and the position of the surface. Consider collapsed length for vehicles and storage, the number of sections, the rigidity required at full extension and whether the pole will be used mainly vertically or at an angle.

  • Lower reach: suitable for storefronts, residential windows and regular maintenance.
  • Medium reach: useful for commercial buildings, schools, hotels and larger solar arrays.
  • High reach: best evaluated with material stiffness, section design, brush weight and operator workflow together.

Brushes, Hoses and Water Supply

The pole is one part of the complete system. Brush width, bristle type, jet arrangement and gooseneck angle should match the surface and dirt level. Hose routing may be internal or external according to user preference and the selected pole. Connectors must match the hose, pump and water-treatment equipment. Where tap pressure is insufficient, a booster pump can help maintain the required flow. For spot-free rinsing, an RO/DI system should be selected according to source-water quality and expected production volume.

Customization for Distributors and Cleaning Brands

CleanSystem Pro supports configurable lengths, material options, brushes, hoses, connectors, accessory combinations, logo presentation and packaging. OEM and private-label projects are reviewed according to the selected model, order quantity and branding requirements. Final specifications, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quotation so the supplied configuration matches the buyer’s actual market rather than a generic package.

How to Request an Accurate Quotation

For a useful recommendation, provide the required working height, preferred pole material, typical surface, water source, expected quantity and destination country. Also tell us whether you need a pole only or a complete package with brush, hose, pump, reel or pure-water equipment. Photos of the working environment or an existing connector can help us check compatibility.

Water-Fed Pole FAQ

Can one pole clean both windows and solar panels?

Often yes, but the brush, angle adapter and working technique may differ. Share both applications so the accessory package can be configured appropriately.

Does a water-fed pole require a pure-water system?

The pole can deliver ordinary water, but professional spot-free cleaning normally relies on properly treated water. The required RO/DI configuration depends on source-water quality and daily demand.

Is the brush included?

Brushes and related accessories can be included. Package contents vary by product and quotation, so confirm the required brush width, bristle type and connector before ordering.

Can the hose run inside the pole?

Internal and external hose routing are available for compatible configurations. Each approach has different handling and maintenance preferences.

Can you supply replacement parts?

Compatible clamps, hoses, connectors, brushes and other selected accessories can be discussed with the original pole specification.
